Project Overview

Ish Grup successfully delivered a comprehensive VRF iklimlendirme solution for ADA Construction's prestigious Luxury Hotel, Resort, and Residence project in Mozambique. This large-scale international project required a robust and efficient climate control system capable of handling the diverse needs of a luxury hospitality and residential complex in an African climate.

The installation covered extensive areas including the lobby, restaurants, spa facilities, meeting rooms, common areas, and guest rooms. Our solution ensures optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort for guests and residents, adhering to the highest standards of luxury and operational efficiency.

Technical Scope

The project utilizes high-efficiency Mitsubishi Heavy Industries VRF technology. With a massive total capacity of 1,409.0 kW, the system comprises 358 indoor units and 34 outdoor units, providing precise and reliable climate control throughout the complex.

Solution & Efficiency

The chosen VRF system offers superior energy efficiency and zoning capabilities, allowing for individual temperature control in guest rooms while efficiently managing large common areas. This ensures a comfortable environment for all occupants while optimizing energy usage for the facility operators.
